2. What data is collected

  • Email address and (optionally) name — when registering a user account.
  • Password — stored only in hashed form, never in plain text.
  • Order data (products purchased, amount, date, payment method) — for fulfilling purchases and accounting obligations.
  • Payment data (e.g. last four card digits) — we do not store this directly; it is processed exclusively by our payment provider (Stripe and/or the chosen crypto payment provider).
  • Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) — for security and abuse prevention.

3. Legal basis and purpose of processing

We process data on the basis of: (a) performance of a contract with you (fulfilling an order, access to purchased content), (b) our legal obligations (accounting, tax law), and (c) — only for optional analytics cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention period

Account data is retained while your user account is active. Order data is retained for at least as long as required by the tax and accounting law that applies to the provider (in the EU, typically several years for accounting records).

5. Sharing data with third parties

Data is shared only with providers strictly necessary for the service to function: hosting provider, payment provider (Stripe and/or crypto payment provider), and email provider, if used. We have appropriate data processing agreements with these providers. We do not sell data to third parties. If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel sends Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland) page views and completed subscriptions so we can measure our ads. Google AdSense (Google Ireland) shows ads on our public pages; in the EU, Google asks for your consent to personalised ads in its own message.

6. Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erase data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
