1. Provider

2. Subject

MY EDGE sells digital content (concepts, strategies and theory documents in text form) through this website. Content is delivered electronically, immediately after successful payment, through a user account on this site.

3. Pricing, packages and upgrades

Prices are shown in euros. Individual items can be bought on their own or as part of one of three tiered packages (Theory Pack, Trader Pack, EDGE Master), where each higher package includes all content of the lower packages at a lower combined price than the sum of individual purchases.

A buyer who already owns a lower package and wants to upgrade to a higher one pays only the difference between the price of the new package and the amount already paid for the current package — never the full price of the new package again. This difference is calculated and shown automatically at purchase.

4. Payment

Payment is possible by card or bank transfer via Stripe, or in select cryptocurrencies via an external payment provider. An order is considered paid once payment is confirmed by the chosen payment provider.

5. Delivery of digital content and waiver of the right of withdrawal

The content is considered digital content not supplied on a physical medium. For buyers in the European Union this means the exemption in Art. 16(m) of Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights applies: the consumer has no right of withdrawal if they have expressly agreed that delivery of the content begins before the expiry of the usual withdrawal period, and expressly waived that right. For buyers outside the EU, an equivalent provision of local consumer protection law applies, where one exists.

Therefore, when completing a purchase on this site you explicitly confirm your agreement to immediate access to the content and waiver of the right of withdrawal — a purchase cannot be completed without this consent. This waiver applies only to the specific digital content ordered that has actually been delivered (unlocked).

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content and the waiver of the right of withdrawal described in section 5, refunds after successful delivery (unlocking) of content are generally not possible. If you believe there has been a billing error or a technical fault accessing purchased content, contact us — each case is handled individually. [kontakt@myedgeofficial.com].

7. User accounts

A user account is required to purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs through your account.

8. Restrictions on use of content

Purchased content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Further distribution, publication, resale, or sharing of the content with third parties without express written permission is not allowed.

9. Dispute resolution

The law of the provider's country of registration (see section 1) applies to the contractual relationship. In case of a dispute, we will first try to reach an amicable resolution. Consumers based in the EU may also file a dispute through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
